I got a couple more simple serged receiving blankets done before we moved. At the time, I was thinking I was just about blanketed-out, but now that I haven't had access to my machine for a bit, I'm ready to tackle the rest of my projects!

I made several of these for my last baby and loved them. I made them 44"x44" so they were big enough to swaddle her with, but they weren't too thick and hot because they are only one layer, and so easy to make!
Love making little flannel receiving blankets. And it's always time to restock your stash when Joanns has their killer sales on flannels. :-) Thanks for sharing!
