Folding Templates

My friend pinned these folding templates by Carla (AKA The Scientific Seamstress) recently and I thought it was such a great idea that I had to share it. They would make folding and pressing fabric more precise and so much faster!

If you click here, you can find the link to download the free templates at Carla's blog, which include both straight and curved guides. So handy, right?

I pretty much eye-ball everything when I'm pressing, so I could really use something like this. How about you?

I have a folding template from a pattern by Carla that I love. I need to go get the curved one now. Thanks!

I use these often. They are so helpful. One word of caution...I laminated them to make them last longer, but you can melt the plastic with your iron. :)

Cool idea! Also much more affordable than the metal one I found online that I couldn't buy outside the US (and was rather too much hassle for now to get!)
