I hope you all had a fabulous long weekend! We went camping and had a great time.
I'm sure that the kids had the best time though, they loved being outdoors and probably would have been happy to stay for a while longer!
They thoroughly enjoyed spending the whole weekend covered in dirt (and I thoroughly enjoyed scrubbing them clean last night when we got home!), and I have to say it was nice to not even think about makeup for four days... Not that that's a huge stretch for me.
Mmm, refreshing. Ya, this didn't last for long... Good thing Joel was watching what he was actually trying to do, while I was busy taking pictures :).
The weather was nice and warm (for one last weekend, I think), perfect for playing in the water and digging in the sand.
What did you do over the weekend? Whatever it was, I hope you had some time to sit back and relax for a bit. Some of us did :).

They must have been tired...love it when the kids fall asleep in their car seats...it means time well spent! They are so cute!!
We recently brought our girls camping for the first time, and they had a blast. That last picture looks like our ride home from the park at the end of this weekend.
My kids would love camping! I really need to get something scheduled for next year. Over the weekend we went to the LA County fair where my 2 year old rode the ponies and ATE DIRT, I kid you not.
The boys look so cute. I love how tuckered out they were. Look at Wessie in his big boy car seat! Precious.
