I made this ric rac trimmed receiving blanket and some matching burp cloths out of Valori Wells Urban Flannel for my little one that is coming in June. I also will be making a tutorial for it soon, even though it's probably simple enough that most people can figure it out on their own. I guess it would be best for beginner sewers, and is a nice-easy-quick project, just the way I like 'em!

Monkey business.
Aren't these the cutest little monkeys you've ever seen? That was what I thought when I first saw them, so naturally I had to steal a picture of them to show all of you! My SIL made them using this free pattern. She seriously always makes the most fun projects and cutest things for her kids, things that I would love to make but probably would never get around to actually doing. I guess posting this might be as close as I ever get to these cute little rascals, but that may just have to do!

And the winner is...
Jess!
Congradulations! You have won Sew Much Ado's first giveaway and are soon to be the proud new owner of this nursing cover. Jess actually ending up winning because she got a bonus entry for posting the giveaway on her blog, so thanks again Jess for posting it, I guess it worked!
Thanks to everyone who entered, I was so thrilled with the response. Hopefully I will do another giveaway soon, it was so much fun.
